frequently asked

1. How do I schedule a mobile massage appointment?

To schedule an appointment, you may send me a message by going to the contact link, call me directly, shoot me a text or email to inquire about availability. *Please Note - A phone call is required for all new clients. You may book appointments up to 2 months in advance. I cannot accommodate more than one client at a time, but I can book groups with appointments back-to-back. *A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for 3 or more appointments at the same household and will be applied to the remaining total of each session scheduled on that day.

2. What should I expect when you arrive and do I need to provide anything?

At your scheduled appointment time, I will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to set up with all the supplies necessary to provide you with the highest quality massage - a comfortable table, fleece pad for extra warmth, clean linens, bolster/pillows for your comfort, lotion/oil, relaxing music and any other supplies needed if requested (IASTM, massage cups, kinesio tape, CBD products, etc). The only thing I will need from you is at least a 7’ x 10’ area to best move around my table!

3. I like full body massages, but really just want to focus on a few areas today...can you do that?

I treat the body as a whole because the area in pain is often connected to the root cause of it. Full body massages are great and often important, but if you’re experiencing acute neck and shoulder pain, it’s best to focus more time on those areas along with the surrounding muscles and joints connected to them. Most clients regularly request 80% focus work and 20% on everything else, so it’s a great mix of both!

4. How often should I get massage therapy?

If you are experiencing muscle pain and tension in a specific area or areas that are noticeable on a daily basis, weekly or bi-weekly massage therapy sessions are suggested until the pain has lessened. For more of a preventative maintanence plan to keep those aches and pains at bay or are just looking to relax, every 3-4 weeks is ideal. Or, I would be happy to make recommendations on the frequency of massage that would best suit your individual needs.

5. What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept Cash, Personal Check (local clientele only) Venmo or Zellepay. Payment is due once services are rendered.
