You’d be surprised how often clients apologize before a session even begins:
“I didn’t have time to shave.” “My house isn’t perfectly tidy.” “I’ve put on a little weight.”
The truth? None of that matters to me. My focus is entirely on how your muscles feel under my hands, not on small details you notice about yourself or your home.

Body Hair: Whether freshly shaved or not, it makes no difference. Massage cream and technique work the same either way!
Weight or Shape: Every body is different, and every body carries stress in unique ways. My attention is on the areas that need relief, not on appearance.
Your Home: When I arrive, all I need is enough space to set up my table. I’m not judging your décor or whether a pillow is out of place. I’m there to create a space where you can let go of the outside world and get some relief!
Skin: Stretch marks, scars, or blemishes are simply part of being human. What I do notice is how your muscles respond and how your body relaxes as the session progresses.
At the end of the day, massage isn’t about perfection, it’s about presence. The only thing I need you to bring to the table (literally) is yourself. Leave the self-consciousness to the side; stress doesn’t care what you look like, and neither do tight muscles. That’s what I’m here for.
